Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине , в частности к устройствам дл наркоза, предназначено дл использовани при невозможности внешней фиксации интубационной трубки, введенной в трахею. Цель изобретени - предупреждение выхода трубки из трахеи при фиксации первой в ротовой полости независимо от ее размеров. Дл этого используют фиксатор, работающий следующим образом: эндо- трахеальную трубку 4 фиксируют фиксатором к внутренней поверхности альвеол рного отростка нижней челюсти в ротовой полости. В муфту 2 фиксатора ввод т нерабочий конец трубки, а ее рабочий конец - в просвет трахеи. Фиксатор перемещают по трубке в ротовую полость, где эластичные пластмассовые пилоты 5 прочно фиксируютс за счет упругости пластины 1 к внутренней поверхности альвеол рного отростка нижней чеЛюсти. После окончани операции зажимом пилоты прижимают по направлению к друг другу и фиксатор с трубкой вывод т из ротовой полости. Фиксатор обеспечивает быструю атравматичную фиксацию ннтубационной трубки в ротовой полости . 2 ил. After the end of the operation with the clip, the pilots are pressed towards each other and the fixer with the tube is removed from the oral cavity.
