Abstract

The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in the extraction of manganese from ores during bacterial leaching. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the process by reducing reagent consumption. The original ore is treated with a nutrient medium containing 0.05% ammonium sulphate, 2% glucose, and Achr delicatuluB 182 A bacteria in an amount of ./ml. The process is carried out with constant stirring at a temperature of 20-30 ° C. The processing is carried out when a permanent magnetic field is applied with a strength of 50-130 Oe and the direction of the magnetic field lines is parallel to the direction of movement of the medium. The method allows to reduce the cost of the process of extracting S manganese by 2.88 - 16.56 rubles. per 1 kg of manganese.

The aim of the invention is to reduce the cost of the process by reducing the consumption of reagent.

Primer p. In 100 ml cylindrical vessels, stir; 0,750 g of manganese oxide ore with a manganese content of 35.5%, and coarse nails of ore grains 0.16 mm, pour 30 ml of the nutrient medium containing 0.05% ammonium sulphate and 2% glucose. The sowing of the ore pulp was carried out with a 2-day Achr delicatulns 182.A culture in an amount of 10 cells / ml. The process is carried out with constant stirring. The vessels are placed on the rocking chair (180-200 rpm), the process
