Description
Известны устройства дл ввода кислорода или других газов, газовых смесей и порошкообразных материалов в смеси с газом в ванну качающейс мартеновской печи через ее свод. Однако эти устройства имеют р д недостатков. При разливке стали подъем фурмы зависит от рассто ни от места подвески фурмы до ролика, устанавливаемого на металлоконструкции печи. Это мешает вести поверхностную продувку металла в начале плавлени и в услови х перегрузки печей. При скачивании шлака необходимо прекращать продувку и выводить фурму из печи.Devices are known for introducing oxygen or other gases, gas mixtures and powdered materials in a mixture with gas into the bath of an open-hearth furnace through its roof.
