Изобретение относитс к производству сварных металлоконструкций. Цель изобретени - повышение качества изготовлени балок путем устранени деформаций, возникающих при сварке несимметричных сечений. После разрезки двутавровой балки на две полубалки, имеющие выступы и впадины, выполн ют обрезку торцов полубалок до середины ближайших к концам выступов. Стыкуют полубалки в длинномерную плеть одновременно по торцам и выступам. Затем сваривают выступы. Сварку стыков торцов осуществл ют после отрезки от плети балки требуемой длины. 1 ил.The invention relates to the production of welded metal structures. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом .The method is carried out as follows.
Двутавровые балки разрезают по вертикальной стенке с образованием полубалок 1 и 2, 3 и 4,имеющих выступы и впадины. Затем обрезают торцы полубалок 1-4 до середины ближайших к концам выступов. Стыкуют по выступам полубалки 1 и 3, сваривают, стыки выступов. Затем полубалку 4 стыкзтот с торцом полубалки 3 и с выступами полубалки 1 и св.аривают стыки выступов . Полубалку 2 стыкуют с торцом полубалки 1 и с выступами полубалки 4 и также сваривают стыки выступов.При этом не допускают совпадени стыков торцов полубалок.
