Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, а именно к устройствам дл преобразовани одного движени в несколько, и может быть использовано в различных отрасл х техники. Целью изобретени вл етс расширение функциональных возможностей устройства регулирует величины хода возвратно-поступательного движени за счет снабжени его шатунно-кривошипным механизмом, механизмом свободного хода МСХ и втулкой. Устройство содержит шатунно-кривошипный механизм, шатун 11 которого шарнирно соединен с ведомым валом 3, втулку 12, соединенную с помощью МСХ 13 с коническими колесами 4,5, которые получают вращательное и возвратно-поступательное перемещени от взаимодействи с двум парами некруглых конических колес, одно из которых соединено с приводом, а другое с механизмом управлени . На оси 17, размещенной на опорах 18, во втулке 12 кривошипа шатунно-кривошипного механизма закреплены два дополнительных конических колеса 15,16, взаимодействующих с одним дополнительным коническим колесом 14, размещенным в корпусе 1 с возможностью осевых перемещений, и привод щих к сложному движению шатуна 11, св занного с ведомым валом 3. С помощью механизма управлени обеспечиваетс регулирование величины хода ведомого вала за счет изменени взаимоположени некруглых колес с положением шатуна, МСХ при регулировании выключен. 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely, devices for converting one movement into several, and can be used in various fields of technology. Two additional bevel wheels 15,16 are attached to the axle 17 located on the supports 18, in the hub 12 of the crank of the connecting rod-crank mechanism, interacting with one additional bevel wheel 14 placed in the housing 1 with the possibility of axial movements, and resulting in a complex movement of the connecting rod 11 connected with the driven shaft 3. The control of the stroke of the driven shaft by changing the mutual position of the non-circular wheels with the crank position, MSH when adjusting is turned off, is controlled by the control mechanism. 2 Il.
