Abstract
Изобретение примен ют при окклюзи х брюшной аорты и подвздошных артерий. Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение артериального притока к половому члену, что достигает при протезировании бифуркации аорты и наружных подвздошных 3 артерий дополнительным подшиванием к протезу аорты 1 двух дополнительных браш 2 под острым углом и анастомозировании их с соответствующими внутренними подвздошными 4 артери ми конец в конец. Выполн ют двустороннее аорто - подвздошное протезирование путем замещени тетрафуркационным синтетическим протезом. При этом каждую из четырех браншей протеза анастомозируют конец в конец с соответствующими обеими внутренними и обеими наружными подвздошными 3 или бедреными артери ми и затем восстанавливают в этих артери х раздельные пр монаправленные кровотоки непосредственно из аортального ствола протеза. Тетрафуркационный протез формируют предварительно до операции на основании данных серийных аорто - артериограмм больного путем вшивани в боковые поверхности основного ствола бифуркационного аортального протеза двух дополнительных линейных протезов, каждого под острым углом (35-55) к основному стволу протеза. 1 илл.The invention is applied in occlusion of the abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries. The aim of the invention is to increase the arterial inflow to the penis, which, when the aortic bifurcation of the aorta and the external iliac 3 arteries is prosthetic, adds additional acute brush to the aorta prosthesis 1 at an additional angle 2 and anastomosis with the corresponding internal iliac 4 end to end. A tetrafurcation prosthesis is pre-formed before the operation based on the data of serial aorto-arteriograms of the patient by sewing in the lateral surfaces of the main trunk of the bifurcation aortic prosthesis of two additional linear prostheses, each at an acute angle (35-55) to the main trunk of the prosthesis. 1 ill.
