Abstract
The prosthesis for children provides accurate modeling and adjustment of the shape and size of the receiving sleeve during the growth of the child. The prosthesis includes a foot 4 with an ankle 3, reinforced with an elastic tire 2, as well as a receiving sleeve 1, made in the form of a single skeleton of a thermoplastic material. In the process of walking elastic tire 2 provides the implementation of rolling and rear push. 2 Il.
Description
The invention relates to medicine and relates to prosthetics.
The aim of the invention is to ensure the accuracy of modeling and ’adjusting the shape and size of the receiving sleeve during the growth of the child.
I.Figure 1 shows a prosthesis, a General view; figure 2 is a view a in figure I.
Приемная гильза 1 , щиколотка 3 и стопа 4 выполне-»· временное формирование щиколотки и стопы вместе с приемной гильзой, позволяющее точно компенсировать, в случае необходимости, укорочение нижней конечности; полный контакт приемной гильзы с культей или недоразвитой нижней конечностью; возможность подформовки приемной гильзы«.The prosthesis comprises a rigid, pre-shaped sleeve 1, an elastic tire 2, an ankle 3 and a foot 4 made of a thermoplastic material, for example, Polivik. A hole 5 is made in the receiving sleeve 1. The receiving sleeve 1, the ankle 3 and the foot 4 are made - »temporary formation of the ankle and foot together with the receiving sleeve, which allows you to accurately compensate, if necessary, shortening of the lower limb; full contact of the receiving sleeve with a stump or an underdeveloped lower limb; the possibility of shaping the receiving sleeve. "
протеза в процессе роста конечности ребенка.prosthesis in the process of limb growth of the child.
At the same time, the reinforced feet and ankles give the prosthesis cushioning properties.
The proposed prosthesis allows to reduce the rehabilitation time of children in the form of a single framework.
The prosthesis is used by the following preschool age.

Shoes (not shown) are put on the artificial foot 4 of the prosthesis 20, and then, through the hole 5, the prosthesis is fixed with a pull to the waist fastening (not shown). The ankles 3 and stop 4 reinforced with an elastic tire 2 provide the possibility of a roll and a back push when walking.
Предлагаемый протез обеспечивает: срочное его изготовление (за 1-2 ч) в амбулаторных условиях; постоянст- 30 во заданной формы приемной гильзы, изготовленной и отмоделированной непосредственно по конечности; одно-The proposed prosthesis provides: urgent production (1-2 hours) on an outpatient basis; constant-30 in a given shape of the receiving sleeve, made and modeled directly by limb; one-
