Abstract

FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: mixture of synthetic liquid Cacids and alcohols having common formula X(CH)OH, where X represents CHO;; H(CF); H(CF)CHO;; ChCH(CH; n=m=1 or 2 is phosgenated at (-5)-(+50) C. The process is carried out in the presence of nitrogen-containing material, molar ratio of mentioned above compounds being 1.5-3: 0.5-1.5:1:0.02-0.2. Thus prepared mixture contains derivatives of carboxylic acids being esters of chloroformic acid with formula II, and mixed anhydrides of carbonic acid and carboxylic acid having formulae X-(CH)-OC(O)Cl, RC(O)O-C(O)O(CH)X where X, m and n are as it mentioned above; and chlorides of Cacids. Said mixture is treated with sodium peroxide. Dimethylformamide, pyridine and triethylamine are used as said nitrogen-containing material. EFFECT: improves quality of initiator, decreases duration of polymerization, improves thermal stability of polymer. 1 tbl
