Abstract

This invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for diagnosing destructive forms of acute appendicitis. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of acute appendicitis and determine the degree of the destructive process. To do this, alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase in peripheral blood neutrophils are determined by calculating the average cytochemical coefficient and, by abnormal alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase, up to 191–209% and 17–19%, respectively, the presence of a gangrenous form of inflammation, and up to 268-282% and 30-32% - about the gangrenous-perforative form.

Description

The invention relates to medicine and concerns methods for the diagnosis of de-g structural forms of acute appendicitis.

The chain of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the method.

The method is carried out as follows.

вы вл етс  в цитоплазме в виде черного или темно-серого окрашивайи , пероксидаза - в виде коричневых гранул .Alkaline phosphatase (alkaline phosphatase) and peroxidase (PO) are investigated by known methods in leukocytes with calculation of the average cytochemical coefficient using the well-known formula. By abnormal alkaline phosphate up to 191-209%, peroxidase up to 17-19%, the presence of a phlegm form is judged, and by hyperfermentation alkaline phosphatase up to 268-282%, peroxidase up to 30-32% - about an acute appendicitis gangrenous form . Alkaline phosphatase. You are in the cytoplasm in the form of a black or dark gray color, peroxidase - in the form of brown granules.

The study of alkaline phosphatase and software activity allows a high degree of reliability to judge the presence of destruction in the vermiform process, if the alkaline phosphatase activity is not lower than 191% and not higher than 282% in relation to the norm, and software is not lower than 17% and not 32% by deviation from the norm ,,

Claims (1)

The method for determining the degree of destruction in acute appendicitis by examining blood leukocytes, is characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of the method, the content of alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase in leukocytes is determined and with increasing activity of alkaline phosphatase and peroxidase from the norm 209% and 17-19% are judged on the presence of phlegmonous form, up to 268-282% and 30-32% - of the gangrenous form.
