Изобретение относитс к области металлургии, в частности к стали дл изготовлени мелющих шаров. Цепь изобретени - повьшенне твердости, износостойкости и снижение трещино образовани . Сталь содержит компоненты при следующем соотношении мдс.% углерод 0,45-0,65; марганец 0,60- 1,00; кремний 0,60-1,20; алюминий 0,01-0,06; бор 0,,0040; медь 0,06-0,36; титан 0,02-0,06; железо остальное. Исследованные стали прокатывают на шары диаметром 100 мм и подвергают термической обработке с прокатного нагрева по технологии двухста- дийного охлаждени с самоотпуском. Шары с температурой окончани деформации ЭбО-ЮОО С охлаждают в камерном устройстве в течение 8-9 с, а затем на пластинах элеватора, частично погруженного в закалочный бак, где проходит втора стади охлаждени .The investigated steels are rolled onto balls with a diameter of 100 mm and subjected to heat treatment from rolling heating using a two-stage cooling technology with self-tempering.
