Изобретение относитс  к области подъемно-транспортного машиностроени , а именно к грузовым тележкам кранов. Цель изобретени  - улучшение эксплуатационных характеристик. Тележка снабжена ролшсоопррами 5, оси которых закреплены снизу на раме 7 тележки. На роликоопорах 5 установлено с возможностью вращени  несущее кольцо 8, с которым жестко соединена смотрова  площадка 9, снабженна  ограждением 10. Центр вращени  поворотного кольца может быть расположен в центре грузовой тележки или смещен по продольной оси с целью уменьшени  внутреннего диаметра вращени  смотровой площадки.
