Изобретение ОТНОСИТСЯ к области сельскохоз йственного машиностроени , в частности к устройствам дл доочистки корнеплодов от ботвы на корню . Цель изобретени - повьшение производительности и качества работы устройства. Устройство дл доочистки головок корнеплодов от остатков ботвы на корню содержит горизонтальный вал 1, несущий закрепленные на нем средней своей частыо эластичные билы 2. Рабочие концы каждой билы 2 имеют утолщени в форме петель 4, образованных путем сгибани этих концов и креплени посредством металлических накладок и заклепок. При работе устройства вращающиес билы 2 своими ут желенными концами, а именно петл ми 4, воздействуют на головки корнеплодов и удал ют с них остатки ботвы . 5 ил.
