Description
The invention relates to glass separation, in particular to the treatment of the surface of the glass in order to improve their physicochemical and decorative properties.
The purpose of the invention is to increase strength and chemical resistance.
The technology for preparing this solution is as follows
The required amount of each component is weighed out and dissolved in a given amount of water.
In tab. 1 shows the specific composition of the solutions.
5-1,5. Solutions are applied to the surface of sheet glass by spraying aerosols. Before sputtering, the glass is heated for 10 minutes, then a solution is sprayed onto the surface for 1-2 minutes using a spray bottle. After spraying, the glass sample is placed in an electric oven, where it is held at 750 ° C for min. The reducing agent is introduced into the solution to obtain a stable color of the glass. The chemical composition of the resulting .coat is of the following form, wt.%: PHO 60-70; BgO, 28-33.5; , reestablished 0.1-0.2; CoO 0.5-1.5; or MpO 2-3; or Oh, 5-1,5.
