Цель изобретени - повьпаение противопригарных свойств, снижение стоимости покрыти и утилизаци отходов. Состав дл получени противопригарного покрыти на литейных формах и стержн х содержит , мас.%: график cKf iTOкристаллический 5-30; нерастворимьй остаток при производстве диоксида циркони 20-50; бентонит 3-5; органическое св зующее 1-8; суспензирующее вещество 2-5, вода - остальное. Нерастворимый остаток при производстве диоксида циркони включает, мас.%: диоксид циркони 15-30, диоксид кремни 25-, 35, диоксид гафни 1-2, диоксид титана 1-2, угдерод - остальное. Покрытие готовитс путем смешива1{и компонентов в смесителе и разведени водой в лопастной краснометалке до необходимой плотности.
