Abstract
1 з.п. ф-лы, 1 табл. i (ЛThis invention relates to a process for the neutralization of gas emissions from the production of chloroprene and chloroprene rubbers, which allows an increase in the degree of purification and prevent the release of CO. The gas to be purified, containing impurities of organochlorine and organic substances and oxygen, is passed through a layer of natural acid-resistant zeolite crushed to 0.31-2.00 mm, for example, mordenite or clinoptilolite or their mixture. Additionally, the cleaned gas is in contact with a layer of an alumo-palladium catalyst, taking in an amount of 0.1 - 35.0% by weight of zeolites and containing 0.05 wt.% Pd. Preferably, the proc: process is carried out at 450-500 C. The method provides a degree of purification from impurities equal to 90.7-100% with an initial concentration of impurities of 0.1-16 wt.% And a space velocity of 222-33500 h CO in the purified gases is absent . 1 hp f-ly, 1 tab. i (L

Изобретение относитс к химической технологии обезвреживани газовых выбросов производства хлоропрена и хло- ропреновых каучуков, содержащих хлор- органические соединени ,,The invention relates to a chemical technology for the neutralization of gas emissions from the production of chloroprene and chloroprene rubbers containing organic chlorides.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of cleaning and prevent carbon monoxide from cracking.
1:2,5-20Example. A reactor with a diameter of 14 mm, a length of 300 is filled with natural zeolite (mordenite, clinoptilolite or their mixture), crushed to an O. particle size, 31-2 mm, in an amount of 16-20 cm3. A layer of granular material is added over the layer of natural zeolite. alumina containing 0.05% palladium in an amount of 0.008 7.4 cm. The reactor is heated to 350 - 550 ° C. Heat waste P1; their gases from the reactor are used to preheat the gas to be neutralized. A gas mixture of a saturator containing O, 003-IBs, a mixture of o / -, and allene isomer of chloroprene, isomeric mono- and dichlorobutenes, and other related organic impurities is sent to the inlet of the reactor at a bulk velocity of 220-33,500. In this case, a degree of deep oxidation of the starting products of 99-100% is achieved. At very high concentrations of organochlorine compounds in the source gas mixture, the reactor is additionally fed with oxygen in relation to the gas mixture 1: 2.5-20

дл доокисленрш образующейс окиси углерода, так как каталитическа система настолько активна, что практически весь кислород воздуха участвует в процессе окислени .for the further formation of carbon monoxide, since the catalytic system is so active that almost all the oxygen in the air is involved in the oxidation process.
Specific examples of experiments are summarized in the table.
The proposed method allows to increase the degree of purification to 90.7-100% against 84% in the known method and to prevent the absorption of CO,
