Abstract
FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: steel is made by additional alloying with copper, niobium and strontium. Steel has the following chemical composition, mas. %: C 0-24-0.34 Si 0.2-0.4; Mn 0.8-1.5; Cr 0.8-2.5; Ni 1.15-3.15; V 0.06-0.18; N 0.005-0.030; Al 0.02-0.05; Ca 0.003-0.020; Cu 0.10-0.35; Nb 0.01-0.03; Sr 0.001-0.003; the balance, Fe, steelmaking method consists in that introduced at the first stage is 60-70% of total consumption of 2-6 kg/t of steel of complex alloy, and introduced at the second stage simultaneously with the remained part of complex alloy are nitrated ferrochromium and ferrovanadium to provide in finished steel niobium-to-nitrogen ratio of 0.3-6.0, and strontium-to-nitrogen ratio of 0.03-0.6. Complex alloy has the following composition, mas. %: Nb 10-25; Si 10-40; Al 1-5; Ca 0.1-5.0; Cu 0.1-5.0; N 0.01-0.5; Sr 0.7-5.0; the balance, Fe.
