Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества сварки за счет обеспечени фиксации рычагов в сомкнутом положении в процессе сварки . Дл этого клещи дополнительно снабжены охватьшающей рычаги 1 и 2 направл ющей скобой 5 с шарнирно установленной на ней руко ткой 7 с роликом , причем скоба установлена с возможностью ограниченного горизонтального перемещени вдоль одного рычага , а ролик установлен с возможностью взаимодействи с другим рычагом . 3 ил.The invention relates to the field of welding of polymer films and can be used when packing large-sized products, as well as when welding polymer films in hard-to-reach places. Клещи дл сварки полимерных пленок состо т из рычагов 1 и 2, которые соединены между собой посредством шарнира 3 и разжимаютс под действием пружины 4. В средней части рычагов установлена направл юща скоба 5, котора охватывает оба рычага 1 и 2 и соединена при помощи шарнира 6 с руко ткой 7. На одном плече руко тки 7 установлен ролик 8. Сварочна губка 9 выполнена в виде пластины из электроизол ционного материала и установлена на одном из рычагов сварочных клещей. На торцах губки 9 установлены пружины 10, предназначенные дл нат жени нагревательного элемента 11, и клеммы 12, служащие дл креплени нагревательного элемента 11 и подсоединени про вода питани . Нагревательный элемент 11 выполнен в виде нихромовой ленты. На другом рычаге клещей установлена полоса 13 губчатой резины, кнопка 14 включени и окно 15 лампочки. Регу- лировочньш винт 16 прижима сварочной губки 9 к полосе 13 губчатой резины, установлезшой на другой сварочной губке, закреплен на направл ющей скобе 5.
