Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине и может быть использовано дл лечени рожи. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности лечени путем ускорени лечени и предупреждени рецидивов, упрощение способа и снижение осложнений. Достижение поставленной цели обеспечиваетс облучением пораженного рожистым воспалением участка кожи гели й-неоновым лазером до полного клинического выздоровлени при мощности пучка на поверхности кожи 0,15 мВт/см2. При этом экспозицию на первом сеансе устанавливают равной 3 мин и постепенно довод т ее к 7-му сеансу до 10 мин. Больные рецидивирующей эритема- тозной и буллезной формами рожи обычно получают 8-10 сеансов облучени , достаточных дл наступлени полного излечени без использовани каких-либо других лекарственных препаратов, ведущих к осложнени м. Пример 1. Больна Я., 54 лет. Истори болезни № 11569. Диагноз: рецидивирующа рожа левой голени, эритематозна форма. Поступила с жалобами на общую слабость, высокую температуру, покраснение, отек, боль в области нижней трети левой голени . При поступлении: общее состо ние средней т жести, температура 39°, в области нижней трети левой голени по всей окружности имеетс эритема с четкими контурами, выраженный отек голени и стопы, пальпируютс увеличенные болезненные паховые лимфоузлы слева размеров 1,5X1 см. АД - 150/80 мм рт. ст. Пульс 92 удара, ритмичный . Тоны сердца ритмичны, приглущены. К концу первых суток пребывапи больной ,в стационаре назначен курс лазертерапии. Облучение проводилось ежедневно с экспозицией от 3 мин с постепенным увеличением до 10 мин. Всего проведено 7 сеансов . Температура нормализовалась на третий день лечени , эритема на коже исчезла на четвертый день, отек - на щестой день, нормализаци лимфоузлов - на третьи сутки. Облучение пораженного участка проводилось ежедневно указанным методом в течение 3-10 мин. Всего проведено 8 сеансов. По данным клинического наблюдени температура нормализовалась на третий день пребывани .в стационаре. На четвертый день исчезла гипереми и началась эпителиза- ци булл, отечность не наблюдалась на восьмой день, корочки отпали на дес тый день.
