Девочка Г., 8 лет, обратилауь спуст 6 мес цев после закрыти ожоговых ран по поводу сплошных , грубых, болезненных и зуд щих рубцов на ногах, тазе, промежности, нижней части живота и по сницы после перенесенного ожога пламенем (около 60% поверхности тела). Девочка раздражительна , плохо ест, из-за зуда рубцов плохо спит, просыпаетс неот- дохнувшей, посто нно наблюдалось ночное недержание мочи. Ходит скованно, мелкими шагами из-за нат жени и болезненности рубцов пах овьгх областей и промежности. Объективно: весь живот ниже пупка, по сница, таз, бедра и больша часть голеней покрыта грубыми , резковыступающими над. кожей рубцами , болезненными при пальпации.Example 1. После 3-й инъекции родители заметили, что ребенок начал пользоватьс пораженной кистью. Рубец стал менее болезненным, изменилс его его цвет, стал более синюшным, уменьшилс зуд. После 10-й инъекции значительно улучшилась функци кисти, рубец стал малоболезненным, значительно рассосалс , однако сохранилась сгибательна контрактура кисти. Через три недели начат повторны курс. После 3-й инъекции произведено оперативное лечение - иссечение рубца ладонной стороны дистального отдела предплечь , устранение сгиба - тельной контрактуры кисти, закрытие дефекта кожи свободньм полнослойным кожным лоскутом. В послеоперационном периоде продолжалось подкожное введение суспензии амниона. Через две недели сн та гипсова иммобилизаци . Кожный лоскут хорошо прижил. На его стыке со здоровыми ткан ми образовалс нежный безболезненный рубец. Р ачата разработка движений пальцев и кисти. Спуст три неДели после второго курса проведен третий курс амниотерапии из шести инъекций.
