Abstract
Изобретение относитс к испытательной технике, предназначено дл определени прочности сцеплени покрыти с подложкой и позвол ет повысить точность определени сцеплени при испытании соединений в которых либо покрытие, либо подложка прозрачнм. На соединение со стороны его прозрачной части воздействуют лазерным импульсом, длительность которого не более 10 с. При прохождении импульса через прозрачный материал либо покрыти , либо подложки он попадает-на границу раздела соединени и поглощаетс материалом непрозрачной части. На границе раздела происход т локальный разогрев, испарение и tepMO6 iexa-iitJческа деструкци непрозрачного материала , привод щие к возникновению термоупругих напр жений в соединении , под действием которых нарушаС 3 етс сцепление покрыти с подложкой на границе их раздела без разрушени подложки и покрыти .
