Особенность описываемого способа заключаетс в том, что, с целью использовани слабоспекающихс и газовых углей, их гранулируют со св зующими углеводородными добавками в виде мазута, сырой нефти, пека или каменноугольной или сланцевой смолы и добавкой смол ных остатков от сухой перегонки древесины. Способ заключаетс в том, что слабоспекающиес и газовые угли, измельченные до крупности О-Зжж, подвергают гранул ции. В качестве св зующих добавок в угольную щихту ввод т пр гранулировании мазут, сырую нефть, каменноугольную и сланцевую смолы, пеки, смол ные остатки от сухой перегонки древесины в количестве пор дка 2-3% общего веса щихты. Полученные таким образом гранулы ввод т в щихту в количестве пор дка 60% совместно с нерранулированным углем.The peculiarity of the described method is that, in order to use low-caking and gas coals, they are granulated with bonding hydrocarbon additives in the form of fuel oil, crude oil, pitch or coal or slate resin and the addition of gum residues from dry distillation of wood. The method consists in the fact that low-coking and gas coals, crushed to a size of O-Zzhzh, are subjected to granulation. As bonding agents, fuel oil, crude oil, coal and shale tar, pitches, tar residues from the dry distillation of wood in the amount of 2–3% of the total weight of the pulp are introduced into the coal binder. The granules thus obtained are injected into the batch in the amount of about 60% together with the non-granulated carbon.
