Description

A well-known continuous machine for grinding meat, fish, and so forth products, including a vacuum screw mixer-feeder, and a cutter head.

The described machine as compared to the known one allows to intensify the process of grinding the product. This is achieved by the fact that the knife head is made of a combination of syringe-like knives and adjacent rotating and fixed discs with incisors; crescent knives and a rotating disk are mounted coaxially on the motor shaft; to adjust the degree of grinding of the product, the fixed disk is rigidly fixed to the nut swiveling from the handwheel.
