Description
Техническими преимуществами предагаемого изобретени по сравнению с известным вл ютс вовлечение в сферу производства практически непеерабатываемых шлаков после шлакоозгонки и вельцевани и уменьшение нергетических затрат за счет использовани клинкера, содержащего угерод .The invention relates to the field of non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used for the processing of scint, copper and zinc production slags. The known charge for blowing the liquid-liquid slags, including coal dust tt. The disadvantage of the charge is that it does not provide deep depletion of the slags of zinc and lead and does not allow copper to be removed from the slags. The mixture is the closest to the technical essence and the achieved effect. for blowing liquid slags, including carbonaceous reducing agent and calcium chloride pT. A disadvantage of the known charge is that it does not allow to intensify the process of distilling non-ferrous metals. The aim of the invention is to intensify the process and increase the recovery rate of non-ferrous metals in sublimates. The goal is achieved by the fact that the charge for flushing liquid slags of non-ferrous metallurgy, containing carbonaceous reducing agent and calcium chloride, additionally contains sodium chloride and lead clinker of lead slags in the following ratio, wt.%: Carbonaceous reducing agent 9-15 calcium chloride 17-30 sodium chloride 9-15 Vlinka clinker of lead slags Else Purging of fiery liquid slags. The proposed mixture makes it possible to intensify the process of the ferrous metal chloride sublimation by increasing the rate of decomposition of sodium and calcium chlorides by oxygen of blown air in the presence of quartz-containing material (Velsian clinker) by forming molecular and atomic chlorine. During the purging of the fire-liquid slags, the non-ferrous metals contained in the clinker of the chemical spraying process are chlorine-resistant and are converted into chloride BoaVoHtJV. Thus, the introduction of the clinker with the wheel chop in the composition of the charge for the purging of the fire-burning slag contributes not only to the purging of the fire oil in the composition of the charge for blowing the fire-burning slag not only intensifies the liquid clinker. chloride sublimates. Example. Fiery-liquid slags containing,%: lead, 0.2, zinc, 1.8, copper, 0.71, iron, 32.4 and 10-15 g / t of silver were processed. The slag was purged with a mixture consisting of calcium and sodium chlorides, a carbonaceous reducing agent and quartz-containing clay clinker of lead slags containing,%: zinc 0.8, lead 0.1, copper 0.65, iron 31.2, silicon dioxide 23, 8, aluminum trioxide 5.9, calcium oxide 7.6 and carbon 12.3. Before blowing chloride salts, coal and clinker were ground to a fraction of 0.074 mm. The slag was melted in an electrically heated reactor. After reaching 1250C, the fiery liquid slag was blown with air by the mixture of the composition given for 45-60 minutes. After purging, chloride sublimates and slag were weighed and analyzed for the content of non-ferrous metals and iron. The results of the experiments are given in Table. 1 and 2 of which, it can be seen that purging the fiery liquid slag with the mixture, which includes clinker of splice, can reduce the process time. C, 6p, up to 45 min., Increase the degree of lightening of non-ferrous metals (copper by 1.4%, zinc by 1.1%, lead by 0.5%). The purge iron almost completely remains in the melt (the degree of iron stripping is 2-5%). The technical advantages of the proposed invention in comparison with the known ones are the involvement in the production of practically non-processable slags after slagging and valching and reduction of non-energy costs through the use of clinker containing carbon.
