1 . Изобретение относитс к медицине и касаетс хирургической стоматологии . Целью изобретени вл етс обес печение жесткой фиксации отломков костей лицевого скелета. На фиг. 1 изображено устройство дл репозиции и фиксации отломков костей лицевого скелета, вид сбоку; на фиг. 2 - то же, вид спереди; на фиг. 3 - то же, вид сверху на фиг. А элемент фиксации, вид сбоку; на фиг. 5 - расположение устройства на черепе, вид сбоку. Устройство содержит несущую дугу на сере)1ине которой шарнирно saKpeiJiiena планка 2, перемещаема регулировочным винтом 3. Концы несущей дугИ 1 выполнены зубчатыми (зубцы 4 ), К планке 2 установлен кронштейн 5 с резьбой, жестко св занный с внутриротовой шиной 6 с зацепными крючками 7, используемыми дл фиксации нижней челюсти. Эл менты фиксации 8 выполнены в виде фигурных крючков П-образной формы с отверстием 9 под зубчатые концы несущей дуги 1 и снабжены регулировочными 10 и стопорными II винта ми. К устройству можно также подсо динить дл дополнительной фиксации хомуты 12, костные зажимы 13, внут риносовые стержни 14. 7 .2 Устройство используетс следующим образом. При переломах верхней челюсти типа Ле Фор Г и Ле Фор И на зубах верхней челюсти укрепл ют с помощью проволочных лигатур внутрнротовую шину 6. Отмечают места проколов кожи , где будут вводить фигурные крючки элементов фиксации 8 так, чтобы передне-верхние крючки располагались над скуловыми .дугами в области углов, образованных переходом верхних краев скуловых дуг в лобные отростки скуловых костей, а задне-нижние крючки элементов фиксации 8 располагались под скуловыми дугами. Скальпелем прокалывают кожу и ввод т фигурные крючки элементов фиксации с двух сторон. В отверсти 9 обоих элементов фиксации 8 ввод т зубчатые концы несущей дуги 1.
