Description
Известно стекло, содержащее, масД: SiO 0-55; 20-25ji i 25-tO. Т а б л и ц И 1The invention relates to radio and microelectronics and can be used to obtain solder glasses operating at elevated temperatures. Known glass containing, masd: SiO 0-55; 20-25ji i 25-tO. The known glass has a cooking temperature of 1600 ° C. KTP (30, -5.66) EUT 1 / degree 1. The closest to the invention in a glass containing, in wt.%: SiO 25 - 5; HfO, and Baz. O, 50-60 This glass has a CTE of 1 / deg. Cooking temperature, deformation temperature 900 ° C. T The purpose of the invention is to provide a coefficient of thermal expansion (75-90) -10 1 / deg, an increase in deformation temperature. The goal is achieved by the fact that glass, including 10 its SiO2, additionally contains the following component ratio, wt .: Si0218, .5-52.5 La-zp 25-7,. 28 The described glasses have the following elucidative properties: Cooking temperature, C 1550-1620 Temperature eIIJp-1230, (| K rmacii, ° C CTE, (c, interval 20-600 C), (75-90). 10; Grad fvf at, i , 1o-51o ohm cm Chemical resistance to 99.9-99.95: water,% Examples of the compositions are given in Table 1. The properties of the compositions are listed in Table 2. Glasses are prepared according to the standard technology used in glassmaking. the enriched quar-, tsevoy sand of the Noboselovskoye field, iron oxides and lanthanum qualifications their use by increasing the rate of KTP (eatury deformation.
