Однако известный поршень характеризуетс недостаточными скорост ми скольжени трущихс пар при пусках и остановках двигател . Высокие удельные нагрузки при максимальном давлении сгорани привод т к разруше нию масл ной пленки на поверхности подаипника. Таким образом, в местах контакта наблюдаетс интенсивный износ и возможен режим сухого трени , что снижает надежность поршн . Цель изобретени - повышение надежности работы путем сохранени масл ного клина на рабочих поверхност х подшипников. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что вставка в зоне под поршневым пальцем снабжена аккумулирующими камерами , сообщенными с подшипниками поршневого пальца и масл ными полост ми . Рабочие поверхности подшипников снабжены кольцевыми проточками. Кроме того, вставка выполнена за одно целое с корпусом поршн . На чертеже изображен поршень, разрез .
