Claims (2)

Устройство состоит из трубчатого, корпуса 1, на котором смонтированы, разжимные элементы 2 и полые направл ющие 3,в которых установленыподпружич ненные штоки 4, к которым прикреплены на30 гревательные элементы 5 и тросы б проход щие в пазах 7 и размещенные в трубчатом корпусе 1. Предлагаемоеустройство работает следующим образом. Трубчатый корпус 1 вкатываетс  внутрь предназначенных дл  сварки труб, причем нагревательные элементы 5 прижимс1ютс  к свариваемым поверхно т м. Минимальное количество нагревательных элементов, обеспечивающих бесперебойную работу устройства три штуки и более. Нагревательные элементы представл ют собой нихро,мовые пластины, загнутые по определенному радиусу кривизны. Установка нагревательного элемента 5 в нужном положении достигаетс  путем регулировани  положени  подпру жиненного штока 4 с помощью троса б прикрепленного к штоку 4 и проход щего в пазе 7. При нагреве разжимйые элементы 2 упираютс  в свариваемые трубы. После окончани  процесса нагрева нагревательные элементы 5 убираютс  внутрь путем нат гива ни  тросов этом подпружиненные штоки 4 уход т в полые направл ющие 3. Затем путем смещени  разжимных элементов 2 относительно трубчатого корпуса 1 достигаетс  окончательный прижим свариваемых поверхностей После остывани  сварного шва разжимные элементы сжимаютс  и трубчатый корпус выкатываетс  из трубы. Предлагаемое устройство обладает следующим преимуществом: все узлы св грочного аппарата расположены внутри свариваемой урубы, благодар  чему размеры устройства и, следовательно , траншеи уменьшаютс . Формула изобретени  Устройство-дл  сварки пластмас.совых труб, содержащее разжимные элементы , смонтированные на трубчатом корпусе, и нагревательные элементы, отличающеес  тем, что, с целью снижени  стоимости при прокладке трубопроводовза счет уменьшени  габаритов устройства, оно снабжено подпружиненными штоками, установленными в полых направл ющих, смонтированных на трубчатом корпусе, и тросами, закрепленньэли одним концом на подпружиненных штоках и размещенными в трубчатом корпусе, а нагревательные элементы закреплены на штоках.
