Изобретение относитс к технологии электрохимических производств, в частности к способам креплени ио обменных мембран. Известен способ креплени ионооб менных мембран в конструктивных эле ментах путем установки перфорирован ных краев мембраны в пазы и последующей заливкой паза эпоксидной композицией Г1 Недостатком данного способа вл етс образование складок при набухании мембраны, что приводит к образованию микротрещин и нарушению герметичности. Известен также способ креплени ионообменной мембраны, включающий установку ее на раму электрох мЧ ческого устройства с последующим зажатием ее в паз с помощью упругог жгута 2. Недостатком известного способа вл етс то, что ионообменна мембр на, облада , значительной толщиной (0,5-1 мм)при завальцовании упруго го жгута на углах рамы.образует складки и разрываетс ,в результате чего снижаетс надежность работы электрохимического устройства. Цель изобретени - - повьщ1ение надежности работы электрохимического устройства. .,, Поставленна цель достигаетс те что согласно способу креплени ионо обменной мембраны в электрохимическом устройстве, включающем установк их краев в паз рамок электрохимичес кого устройства с последующим завальцовыванием в паз упругого жгута, в стенках паза выполн ют лунки, раз мещенные на рассто нии одна от другой . На чертеже изображена часть рамы электрохимического устройства. Рама электрохимического устдойства 1 имеет паз 2, в стенках которого выполнены лунки 3, впаз вставлена ионообменна мембрана 4 и завальцован упругий жгут 5. В паз 2 рамы электрохимического устройства 1 вставл ют ионообменную мембрану 4 и завальцовывают упругий жгут 5, который за счет упругих сил пло.тно прижимает мембрану к одной из стенок паза, в которой имеютс углублени , а сам прижимаетс к другой стенке паза, также имеющей углублени . При этом мембрана с одной стороны паза и жгут с другой, облада пластическими свойствами, вдавливаютс в углублени в стенках паза и тем самым обеспечиваетс прочное механическое зацепление, предотвращающее выскальзывание мембраны и жгута из паза, а плотное их прилегание к стенкам паза обеспечивает высокую герметичность. При использовании предлагаемого способа креплени ионообменных мембран повышаетс надежность работы электрохимического устройства, так как не образуютс складкии трещины на ионообменной мембранеj привод щие к ее разрыву и нарушению герметичности .The invention relates to the technology of electrochemical production, in particular, to methods of fastening ion exchange membranes. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the electrochemical device. ... The goal is achieved by the fact that, according to the method of attaching an ion exchange membrane in an electrochemical device, including mounting their edges into the groove of the frame of the electrochemical device, followed by rolling into the groove of an elastic bundle, holes are made in the groove walls spaced one distance from another.
