The invention relates to a feed additive for livestock and solves the problem of the use of wastes from detergent production as well as the cost-effective production of feed additive.
Doterajši stav technikyBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In animal husbandry, additives are now an important component of their feed, especially mineral, which provide the necessary amount of macro and microelements. These additives are produced for different types of livestock in different compositions, while in addition to mineral raw materials also relatively expensive, often imported from abroad, containing mainly essential microelements are used as carriers of individual elements. For this reason, the production of feed additives for livestock is laborious and costly in particular for mineral additives. Many feed additives contain ballast components which are not utilized for livestock nutrition.
Príklady uskutočnenia vynálezuDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Prísun sodíka sa dá zabezpečiť nahradením kŕmnej soli kŕmnou prísadou podľa vynálezu, ktorá má v danom prípade nasledovné chemické zloženie:For 550 kg live dairy cows with a daily production of 14 1 milk, the summer-type basic feed dose (ZKD) based on the green lantern to balance the sodium to potassium ratio should be supplemented with 0,102 kg of feed salt per head per day. The sodium supply can be ensured by replacing the feed salt with a feed additive according to the invention, which in this case has the following chemical composition:
Podstata vynálezuSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
These drawbacks are overcome by the livestock feed additive according to the invention, characterized in that it consists of detergent production waste and contains 55 to 92 wt. % sodium chloride, 8 to 45 wt. glycerol and fats, phosphorus from 0.1 to 0.5% by weight, calcium from 0.1 to 0.7% by weight, magnesium from 0.01 to 0.3% by weight, sulfur from 0.15 to 0.5% %, as well as the essential microelements iron, zinc, manganese, cobalt and copper, the total amount of which does not exceed 0.2% by weight. The chemical composition and the physical properties of the additive meet the health requirements.
The advantage of the feed additive for livestock according to the invention is the possibility to substitute it through the feed salt and, moreover, to ensure the supply of other biogenic elements, namely phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and sulfur, as well as essential microelements, namely iron, zinc, cobalt, manganese and copper. with the comprehensive use of all ingredients of the additive, including glycerol and fats, for animal nutrition. The economic advantages of the use of the feed additive according to the invention lie primarily in the minimum cost of providing it as well as in the saving of primary raw materials. From the economic and ecological point of view, the contribution that comes from the disposal of heaped waste is very important.
