Transparentni efektni pigment, ki obsega nekovinski substrat v obliki ploščic in na substrat naneseno oblogo, kjer ima obloga a) po izbiri plast 1 s srednjo debelino plasti manjšo od 10 nm, ki obsega ali kositrov oksid, kositrov hidroksid in/ali kositrov oksid hidrat ali sestoji iz le-teh, b) plast 2 z visokim lomnim količnikom, ki ima lomni količnik n > 1,8 in srednjo debelino plasti v območju od 30 nm do 300 nm, ki obsega vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, c) plast 3 z visokim lomnim količnikom, ki ima lomni količnik n > 1,8 in srednjo debelino plasti v območju od 30 nm do 300 nm, ki obsega vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, in kjer vsaj ena od plasti 2 ali 3 vsebuje vsaj dva različna kovinska iona in sta plasti 2 in 3 prekinjeni z razmično plastjo.
- 2. Transparentni efektni pigment po zahtevku 1, kjer je nekovinski substrat v obliki ploščic izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo naravne sljudne ploščice, sintetične sljudne ploščice, steklene ploščice, S1O2 ploščice, AI2O3 ploščice, kaolinske ploščice, ploščice smukca, ploščice bizmutovega oksiklorida in njihove zmesi, in je nekovinski substrat v obliki ploščic po izbiri obložen z vsaj enim kovinskim oksidom, kovinskim hidroksidom in/ali kovinskim oksidom hidratom in kalciniran.
- 3. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer sta vsaj dva različna kovinska iona plasti 2 in/ali plasti 3 izbrana iz skupine kovin, ki jo sestavljajo Ti, Fe, Sn, Mn, Zr, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ni, Sb, Ag, Zn, Cu, Ce, Cr in Co.
- 4. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer sta vsaj dva različna kovinska iona plasti 2 in/ali plasti 3 izbrana iz skupine kovin, ki jo sestavljajo Ti, Fe, Sn in Zr.
- 5. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je v efektnem pigmentu delež ne-barvalnih kovinskih ionov, izbranih iz skupine kovin, ki jo sestavljajo Ti, Sn, Zr, Ca, Sr, Ba, in Zn, celokupno >13 mas. % in je delež barvalnih kovinskih ionov, izbranih iz skupine kovin, ki jo sestavljajo Fe, Ti, Sn, Mn, Ni, Sb, Ag, Cu, Ce, Cr in Co, celokupno < 4 mas. %, vsakokrat določeno s pomočjo RF A, vsakokrat preračunano kot elementarna kovina in vsakokrat glede na celokupno maso transparentnega efektnega pigmenta v smislu izuma.
- 6. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer je vsaj ena razmična plast nameščena v bistvu vzporedno s površino nekovinskega substrata v obliki ploščic.
- 7. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer ima razmična plast vezi in votlinice.
- 8. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer ima razmična plast vsakokrat srednjo višino ha v območju od 5 nm do 120 nm.
- 9. Transparentni efektni pigment po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, kjer efektni pigment nadalje obsega plasti z visokim in nizkim lomnim količnikom, kot tudi po izbiri vsaj eno nadaljnjo razmično plast.
- 10. Postopek za izdelavo transparentnega efektnega pigmenta po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 8, kjer postopek sestoji iz naslednjih korakov: (i) po izbiri nanašanje nekalcinirane plasti, ki obsega kositrov oksid, kositrov hidroksid in/ali kositrov oksid hidrat ali sestoji iz le-teh, na nekovinski substrat v obliki ploščic, (ii) zaporedno nanašanje treh nekalciniranih plasti A, B in C, ki so iz ali imajo vsakokrat vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, pri čemer so plasti A, B in C razmeščene neposredno druga na drugi, in pri čemer je v plasti B nanesen vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, ki je, glede na kovinski ion, drugačen od tistega/tistih kovinskega/ih iona/ov kovinskih oksidov, kovinskih hidroksidov in/ali kovinskih oksidov hidratov plasti A in/ali plasti C, (iii) kalciniranje v stopnji (ii) dobljenega produkta pri temperaturi v območju od 600 °C do 1000 °C, pri čemer dobimo transparentni efektni pigment, ki obsega vsaj eno razmično plast.
- 11. Postopek za izdelavo transparentnega efektnega pigmenta po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 8, kjer postopek sestoji iz naslednjih korakov: (i) zaporedno nanašanje dveh nekalciniranih plasti B in C, ki sta iz ali imata vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, na kalciniran enkrat ali večkrat obložen nekovinski substrat, pri čemer sta plasti B in C razmeščeni neposredno druga na drugi in pri čemer je v plasti B nanesen vsaj en kovinski oksid, kovinski hidroksid in/ali kovinski oksid hidrat, ki je, glede na kovinski ion, drugačen od tistega/tistih kovinskega/ih iona/ov kovinskega oksida, kovinskega hidroksida in/ali kovinskega oksida hidrata plasti C in/ali plasti, ki v smeri substrata neposredno meji na plast B, (ii) kalciniranje v stopnji (i) dobljenega produkta pri temperaturi v območju od 600 °C do 1000 °C, pri čemer dobimo transparentni efektni pigment, ki obsega vsaj eno razmično plast.
- 12. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov 10 ali 11, kjer v plasti B vsebovani kovinski ioni vsaj delno difundirajo v plast A in/ali plast C ob tvorbi vsaj ene razmične plasti v kalciniranem efektnem pigmentu.
- 13. Postopek po enem od zahtevkov od 10 do 12, kjer dva ali trije zaporedno naneseni kovinski oksidi, kovinski hidroksidi in/ali kovinski oksidi hidrati za tvorbo plasti B in C ali plasti A, B in C niso ali ne obsegajo nobenega kovinskega iona, izbranega iz skupine kovin, ki jo sestavljajo Si, Mg in Al.
- 14. Uporaba transparentnih efektnih pigmentov po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 9 v kozmetičnih formulacijah, umetnih snoveh, folijah, tekstilijah, keramičnih materialih, steklih, barvah, tiskarskih barvah, črnilih, lakih in/ali prahastih lakih.
- 15. Predmet, ki obsega vsaj en transparentni efektni pigment po enem od zahtevkov od 1 do 9.
