- SESTAVEK ZA OBVLADOVANJE RASTLINSKIH BOLEZNI IN NJEGOVA UPORABA EP 3 025 585 B1 PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Sestavek za obvladovanje rastlinskih bolezni, ki vsebuje spojino tetrazolinona, ki je predstavljena s formulo (1): kjer jen celo število, izbrano iz kateregakoli celega števila od 0 do 5; R1 predstavlja atom halogena, C1-C6 alkilno skupino, C1-C6 alkoksi skupino, C1-C6 alkiltio skupino, nitro skupino ali ciano skupino; R2 predstavlja C1-C3 alkilno skupino, C3-C4 cikloalkilno skupino, atom halogena, C1-C3 alkoksi skupino, C1-C2 alkiltio skupino, C2-C3 alkenilno skupino ali C2-C3 alkinilno skupino, R1 ali R2 imata lahko v alkilnem delu neodvisno halogenski atom/halogenske atome; s predpostavko, da sta v primeru, ko je n celo število 2 ali več, dva ali več izmed R1 lahko različna drug od drugega, in eno ali več karboksamidnih spojin, izbranih iz skupine (Α): Skupina (Α): skupina, ki sestoji iz biksafena, benzovindiflupira, fluksapiroksada, pentiopirada, N-(1,1,3-trimetilindan-4-il)-1 -metil-3- difluorometilpirazol-4-karboksilnokislinskega amida, spojine, ki je predstavljena z naslednjo formulo (b):izofetamida, izopirazama, boskalida, fluopirama, sedaksana, penflufena, flutolanila, mepronila, karboksina, tifluzamida in furametpira.
- 2. Sestavek za obvladovanje rastlinskih bolezni po zahtevku 1, kjer je masno razmerje med spojino tetrazolinona in spojino karboksamida naslednje: spojina tetrazolinona/spojina karboksamida = 0,1/1 do 10/1.
- 3. Postopek za obvladovanje rastlinskih bolezni, ki vsebuje nanašanje vsake učinkovite količine spojine tetrazolinona, ki je predstavljena s formulo (1):kjer je n celo število, izbrano iz kateregakoli celega števila od 0 do 5; R1 predstavlja atom halogena, C1-C6 alkilno skupino, C1-C6 alkoksi skupino, C1-C6 alkiltio skupino, nitro skupino ali dano skupino; R2 predstavlja C1-C3 alkilno skupino, C3-C4 cikloalkilno skupino, halogenski atom, C1-C3 alkoksi skupino, C1-C2 alkiltio skupino, C2-C3 alkenil skupino ali C2-C3 alkinil skupino, R1 ali R2 imata lahko v alkilnem delu neodvisno halogenski atom/halogenske atome; s predpostavko, da sta v primeru, ko je n celo število 2 ali več, dva ali več izmed R1 lahko različna drug od drugega, in eno ali več karboksamidnih spojin, izbranih iz skupine (Α): Skupina (Α): skupina, ki sestoji iz biksafena, benzovindiflupira, fluksapiroksada, pentiopirada, N-(1,1,3-trimetilindan-4-il)-1-metil-3-difluorometilpirazol-4-karboksilnokislinskega amida, spojine, ki je predstavljena z naslednjo formulo (b):izofetamida, izopirazama, boskalida, fluopirama, sedaksana, penflufena, flutolanila, mepronila, karboksina, tifluzamida in furametpira, na rastlino ali v zemljo za gojenje rastline.
