Claims (13)

  1. POSTOPEK ZA EKSTRAKCIJO PROIZVODOV, KI SO INDUSTRIJSKO ZANIMIVI, LOČENI DRUG OD DRUGEGA, IZ BOKSITA ALI RDEČEGA BLATA, KI NASTANE PRI PREDELAVI BOKSITA PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Postopek za ekstrakcijo proizvodov, ki so industrijsko zanimivi, ločeni drug od drugega, iz boksita ali rdečega blata, ki nastane pri procesiranju boksita, omenjeni postopek vsebuje sledeče korake: - opcijsko mletje in/ali sušenje materiala za obdelavo pri temperaturo od 60 do 250°C; - opcijsko praženje posušenega materiala; - taljenje pridobljenega materiala - vzdrževanje talilne kopeli pri temperaturi, ki je višja od 1350°C; - znotraj talilne kopeli razpihovanje klora, ali vsaj in situ sestavka, ki generira klor, po možnosti skupaj z vsaj inertnim plinom; - opcijsko mešanje staljene kopeli, da se favorizira razprševanje klora in kinetika reakcij pri postopku; - zbiranje plinskega toka, ki zapušča talilno kopel in pošiljanje le-tega, vzdržujoč temperaturo nad 1500°C, v kontrolirani hladilni sistem; - kontrolirano hlajenje plinskega toka s selektivno kondenzacijo kloridov različnih elementov, ki so industrijsko zanimivi, kot na primer natrijev klorid, železov (III) klorid, galijev (III) klorid, aluminijev klorid, titanov (IV) klorid, silicijev (IV) klorid; - ločeno zbiranje posameznih kloridov; - opcijsko nadaljnje prečiščevanje vsakega od zbranih kloridov s frakcijsko destilacijo.
  2. 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, pri čemer se sušenje izvede pri temperaturi v razponu od 100 do 115°C.
  3. 3. Postopek po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri čemer se praženje izvede pri temperaturi v razponu od 600 do 800°C.
  4. 4. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer se taljenje materiala, ki bo obdelan, opcijsko posušen in/ali pražen, izvede v reaktorju, ki je izbran iz skupine, ki vsebuje elektroobločno peč (EAF, Electric Are Furnace) in preneseni obločni plazemski reaktor.
  5. 5. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer se talilna kopel vzdržuje pri temperaturi v razponu od 1400 do 1500°C.
  6. 6. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer so sestavki, ki generirajo klor v talilni kopeli, izbrani iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo klorovodikova kislina, kalcijev klorid in organoklorni sestavki, kot na primer ogljikov tetraklorid, perkloretilen, kloroform in mešanice le-teh.
  7. 7. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer se, ko se taljenje izvaja v prenesenem obločnem plazemskem reaktorju, klor, opcijsko generiran in situ, uporabi kot plin, ki generira plazmo, opcijsko v kombinaciji z vsaj enim inertnim plinom za generiranje plazme.
  8. 8. Postopek po zahtevku 7, pri čemer je inertni plin, ki generira plazmo, argon.
  9. 9. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer se kontrolirano hlajenje s plinskim tokom s selektivno kondenzacijo kloridov različnih elementov v materialu, ki bo obdelan, ki so industrijsko zanimivi, izvaja v kondenzacijskem sistemu, izbranem iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo kondenzacijski reaktorji, kondenzacijski stolpi in kondenzator iz svežnja cevi.
  10. 10. Postopek po predhodnem zahtevku, pri čemer kondenzacijski sistem sestavlja večstopenjski sistem zaporedno razporejenih kondenzacijskih reaktorjev.
  11. 11. Postopek po zahtevku 10, pri čemer so temperature večstopenjskih zaporedno razporejenih reaktorjev nadzorovane, kot je spodaj navedeno, da se izvede kondenzacija in tako ločitev želenih kloridov: - 900-1400°C - kondenzacija natrijevega klorida; - 310°C - kondenzacija železovega (III) klorida; - 201 °C - kondenzacija galijevega (lil) klorida; - 180°C - kondenzacija aluminijevega klorida; - 100-130°C - kondenzacija titanovega (IV) klorida; - 25-50°C - kondenzacija silicijevega (IV) klorida.
  12. 12. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer sta nereagirani klor in rabljeni inertni plin zbrana in reciklirana.
  13. 13. Postopek po zahtevku 12, pri čemer sta nereagirani klor in rabljeni inertni plin zbrana s pomočjo molekularnih sit.
