Description

Talni panel in postopek montaže talnih panelovFloor panel and floor panel assembly process

Izum spada na področje gradbeništva, in sicer bolj podrobno na področje talnih konstrukcij.The invention belongs to the field of construction, more specifically to the field of floor structures.

The subject of the invention is a prefabricated floor panel, which is used in the pressure mounting system. Due to its construction, the specified floor panel enables easy and significantly faster installation of floor coverings. In addition, the construction of the floor panel with additional vertical and floor grooves makes it possible for air to remain trapped in the grooves after installation of the pressure, which does not circulate, which improves the thermal insulation properties of the pressure. In addition, the floor grooves allow easy subsequent installation of various installations, e.g. electrical cables.

Stanje tehnikeState of the art

Patent documents are known from the state of the art, such as EP patent no. 1261785, EP patent no. 1585867 and EP patent no. 2718516, which describe various panel designs that allow the panels to be joined without the use of force or glue. The cited documents refer to various designs of receiving and connecting elements, whereby the construction of the panels does not allow air to remain trapped in the grooves after mounting the pressure, which does not circulate, thereby improving the thermal insulation properties of the pressure. Likewise, the construction of the described panels does not allow easy subsequent installation of various installations.

Navedeni tehnični problem je rešen s talnim panelom po izumu in postopkom montaže, ki je opisan v nadaljevanju in predstavljen na slikah, ki prikazujejo:The stated technical problem is solved by the floor panel according to the invention and the assembly process, which is described below and presented in the pictures showing:

Slika 1 prikazuje talni panel po izumuFigure 1 shows a floor panel according to the invention

Slika 2 prikazuje spoj dveh sosednjih talnih panelovFigure 2 shows the joint of two adjacent floor panels

Slika 3 prikazuje spoj dveh sosednjih talnih panelov z druge smeriFigure 3 shows the joint of two adjacent floor panels from the other direction

Slika 4 prikazuje vertikalni utorFigure 4 shows a vertical groove

Figure 5 shows the pressure part with connected floor panels on the side bearing the floor.

The floor panel 1 is made in the form of a rectangular plate, which has, at least on two opposite sides, provided connection points in the form of a receiving element 2 on one side and a connecting element 3 on the opposite side, whereby the connecting element 3 and the receiving element 2 are designed in such a way that that during pressure assembly, i.e. when assembling the floor panels 1, the connecting element 3 fits form-fittingly into the receiving element 2, thus ensuring a tight connection between two adjacent floor panels 1.

V prednostni izvedbi je sprejemni element 2 izveden kot vdolbina 2a, povezovalni element 3 pa kot pero 3a, ki oblikoskelpno nalega v vdolbino 2a.In a preferred embodiment, the receiving element 2 is designed as a recess 2a, and the connecting element 3 as a tongue 3a, which conformably rests in the recess 2a.

Navedena izvedba sprejemnega 2 in povezovalnega elementa 3 po potrebi omogoča tudi enostavno razklopitev spoja, na primer v primeru, ko je potrebna zamenjava posameznega talnega panela 1.To additionally strengthen the tight joint against inadvertent dismantling of the joint, the receiving element 2 has an additional projection 2b, and the connecting element 3 has a depression 3b, whereby during pressure assembly, i.e. when assembling the floor panels 1, the projection 2b rests in the depression 3b. The specified design of the receiver 2 and the connecting element 3 also enables easy disconnection of the joint if necessary, for example in the case when an individual floor panel 1 needs to be replaced.

Na svoji spodnji ploskvi, to je ploskvi, ki pri montaži nalega na tla, ima talni panel 1 v vzdolžni in prečni smeri izveden po vsaj en talni utor 4.On its lower surface, i.e. the surface that rests on the floor during installation, the floor panel 1 has at least one floor groove 4 in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

Na vsaki od straneh, kjer je predviden sprejemni element 2, ima talni panel 1 izveden vsaj po en vertikalen utor 5, ki poteka od spodnje površine talnega panela 1 skozi sprejemni element 2.On each of the sides, where the receiving element 2 is provided, the floor panel 1 has at least one vertical groove 5, which runs from the lower surface of the floor panel 1 through the receiving element 2.

The vertical groove 5 is in its upper part, i.e. on the side facing the room during installation, made in the form of a slot 5a, and in its lower part, i.e. on the side facing the floor during installation, with an extension 5b, whereby the transition from slot 5a to expansion 5b is performed continuously. A solid transition can be done in different ways, for example with straight lines or with a curve or a combination of both.

Razmerje med višino Hi reže 5a in višino H2 razširitve 5b je med 1:1 do 1:50.The ratio between the width of the wire 5a and the width W 2 of the extension 5b is between 1:1.1 and 1:10. The ratio between the height Hi of the gap 5a and the height H 2 of the extension 5b is between 1:1 and 1:50.

It is desirable that the width Wi and the height Hi of the slot 5a are at least such that it allows the cutting element of the tool for cutting the floor panel 1 to be smoothly received and thus sufficiently positioned the tool for cutting the floor panel 1. In this way, the flatness and squareness of the cut of the floor panel is enabled 1 in the horizontal and vertical direction, with which the individual floor panels 1 can be quickly and easily adjusted in length and width according to the floor plan.

Prednostno je vertikalni utor 5 izveden osno simetrično glede na vertikalno os.Preferably, the vertical groove 5 is made axially symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis.

Preferably, the floor panel 1 has several floor grooves 4 made in the longitudinal and transverse directions, whereby the floor grooves 4 are preferably made at equal intervals from each other.

Prednostno ima talni panel 1 izvedenih več vertikalnih utorov 5, ki so prednostno razporejeni tako, da se razširitev 5b posameznega vertikalnega utora 5 zvezno nadaljuje v pripadajoči talni utor 4.Preferably, the floor panel 1 has several vertical grooves 5, which are preferably arranged in such a way that the extension 5b of the individual vertical groove 5 continuously continues into the corresponding floor groove 4.

Prednostno je širina talnega utora 4 v bistvu enaka širini W2 razširitve 5b.Preferably, the width of the floor groove 4 is substantially equal to the width W 2 of the extension 5b.

The floor panels 1 are preferably made of polymer materials with a compressive strength in the range between 50 kPa and 800 kPa, which enable prefabrication with appropriate polymer processing procedures.

The process of pressure assembly includes laying the floor panels 1 on the floor and connecting them to each other via receiving 2 and connecting elements 3, so that a tight joint is made between the floor panels 1. The assembly process starts in the corner of the room, where the floor panels 1 are laid in rows, namely first the first row is laid from one wall to the opposite wall, followed by the second row, and so on until the pressure is laid. Since the vertical grooves 5 are visible during the laying of the floor panels 1, it is also possible to move the individual floor panels 1 precisely, as far as this is necessary due to the pressure plan. Since the vertical grooves 5 continuously continue into the corresponding floor grooves 4, a continuous course of the floor grooves 4 along the lower pressure surface is also ensured.

Postopek montaže tlaka torej obsega naslednje korake:The pressure mounting process therefore comprises the following steps:

polaganje prvega talnega panela 1 v vogal prostora na tla, pri čemer se prvi talni panel 1 položi na tla tako, da sta strani, ki imata izvedeni povezovalni element 3, obrnjeni proti odgovarjajočima stenama prostora in sta strani, ki imata izvedeni sprejemni element 2 in vertikalne utore 5, obrnjeni v prostor;placing the first floor panel 1 in the corner of the room on the floor, whereby the first floor panel 1 is placed on the floor in such a way that the two sides having the connecting element 3 are facing the corresponding walls of the room and the sides having the receiving element 2 and vertical grooves 5 facing space;

- polaganje vsakega naslednjega talnega panela 1 tako, da so talni utori 4 naslednjega panela 1 čimbolj v liniji s talnimi utori 4 predhodnega panela 1, in povezovanje vsakega naslednjega talnega panela 1 preko spojnih mest, pri čemer povezovalni element 3 naslednjega talnega panela 1 oblikosklepno nalega v sprejemni element 2 predhodnega talnega panela 1, s čimer se zagotovi tesen spoj med dvema sosednjima talnima paneloma 1 in kontinuiran potek talnih utorov 4 po celotni spodnji površini tlaka, pri čemer se najprej položi prvo vrsto talnih panelov 1 od ene stene do nasprotne stene, tej sledi druga vrsta, in tako dalje do zaključka montaže tlaka.- laying each subsequent floor panel 1 in such a way that the floor grooves 4 of the next panel 1 are as much as possible in line with the floor grooves 4 of the previous panel 1, and connecting each subsequent floor panel 1 via the joint points, whereby the connecting element 3 of the next floor panel 1 fits form-fittingly into the receiving element 2 of the previous floor panel 1, thereby ensuring a tight connection between two adjacent floor panels 1 and a continuous flow of floor grooves 4 along the entire lower pressure surface, first laying the first row of floor panels 1 from one wall to the opposite wall, this is followed by the second row, and so on until the pressure assembly is complete.

V kolikor je potrebno posamezen talni panel 1 prilagoditi po dolžini in širini glede na tloris prostora, se pred položitvijo talni panel 1 ustrezno obreže in položi v skladu z zgoraj opisanim postopkom montaže.If it is necessary to adjust the length and width of the individual floor panel 1 according to the floor plan of the room, the floor panel 1 must be cut and laid in accordance with the assembly procedure described above.

Navedena konstrukcija talnega panela 1 in postopek montaže ima naslednje prednosti:The specified construction of the floor panel 1 and the assembly process have the following advantages:

talni utori 4 omogočajo, da se nečistoče, kot so na primer kamenčki, ki ostanejo na površini podlage (tal), na katero se polaga talne panele 1, lahko umaknejo v talne utore 4, s čimer se zagotovi stabilnost oziroma ustrezna ravnost položenega tlaka;the floor grooves 4 enable impurities, such as pebbles, which remain on the surface of the base (floor) on which the floor panels 1 are laid, to be withdrawn into the floor grooves 4, thereby ensuring the stability or appropriate flatness of the applied pressure;

vertikalni utori 5 omogočajo, da se morebitne smeti in delci, ki lahko nastanejo med montažo, izrinejo v vertikalne utore 5, s čimer se zagotovi tesen spoj med dvema talnima paneloma;the vertical grooves 5 allow any rubbish and particles that may arise during assembly to be pushed into the vertical grooves 5, thus ensuring a tight connection between the two floor panels;

oblika vertikalnega utora 5 z ožjo režo 5a v zgornjem delu omogoča natančno pozicioniranje orodja za razrez talnih panelov 1 in s tem ravnost ter pravokotnost odreza talnega panela 1 v horizontalni in vertikalni smeri, s čimer je omogočeno, da se na hiter in enostaven način doseže velika natančnost dolžin odrezanih panelov 1;the shape of the vertical groove 5 with a narrower gap 5a in the upper part enables the precise positioning of the tool for cutting floor panels 1 and thus the flatness and squareness of the cut of the floor panel 1 in the horizontal and vertical directions, which makes it possible to quickly and easily achieve a large accuracy of cut panel lengths 1;

oblika vertikalnega utora 5 z razširitvijo 5b v spodnjem delu omogoča, da odrezki, ki nastajajo pri rezanju zaradi razširitve lažje padajo in se umikajo iz območja obrezovanja;the shape of the vertical groove 5 with the extension 5b in the lower part allows the chips produced during cutting due to the extension to fall more easily and withdraw from the trimming area;

oblika vertikalnega utora 5 omogoča, da rezilno orodje ne raztrga talnega panela 1 na koncu in/ali začetku rezanja, s čimer je krojenje talnih panelov 1 natančno in hitro;the shape of the vertical groove 5 allows the cutting tool not to tear the floor panel 1 at the end and/or beginning of cutting, which makes cutting the floor panels 1 accurate and fast;

vertikalni 5 in talni utori 4 omogočajo, da po montaži tlaka v utorih 4, 5 ostaja zajet zrak, ki ne kroži, s čimer se izboljšajo toplotno izolacijske lastnosti tlaka;vertical 5 and floor grooves 4 make it possible for air to remain trapped in the grooves 4, 5 after mounting the pressure, which does not circulate, which improves the thermal insulation properties of the pressure;

talni utori 4 omogočajo napeljavo vodnikov (ker so utori 4 kontinuirani), na primer napetostnih, informacijskih in podobno, iz ene strani prostora na drugo in to na način, da so skriti; utori 4 so v tem primeru v funkciji inštalacijskega kanala, ki ob spremembi funkcije prostora brez večjih posegov v prostor omogočajo spremembo namembnosti prostora;the floor grooves 4 enable the installation of conductors (because the grooves 4 are continuous), for example voltage, information and the like, from one side of the room to the other in such a way that they are hidden; in this case, the grooves 4 are in the function of the installation channel, which, when the function of the room is changed, allow the room's purpose to be changed without major interventions in the room;

z izvedbo talnih 4 in vertikalnih utorov 5, namreč vertikalni utori 5 se zvezno nadaljujejo v talne utore 4, je definiran raster utorov 4, 5, s čimer je omogočeno natančno odmerjanje dolžine in razrez posameznega talnega panela 1;with the execution of the floor 4 and vertical grooves 5, namely the vertical grooves 5 continuously continue into the floor grooves 4, the raster of the grooves 4, 5 is defined, which enables accurate measurement of the length and cut of the individual floor panel 1;

ker so pri montaži tlaka (pri polaganju talnih panelov 1) po definiranem postopku oziroma sistemu montaže vertikalni utori 5 vidni, je omogočen tudi natančen zamik posameznih talnih panelov 1, v kolikor je to potrebno zaradi tlorisa površine na katero se polaga talne panele, pri čemer je zagotovljen kontinuiran potek kanalov, to je talnih utorov 4.since the vertical grooves 5 are visible during pressure assembly (when laying floor panels 1) according to the defined procedure or assembly system, the exact offset of individual floor panels 1 is also possible, as far as this is necessary due to the floor plan of the surface on which the floor panels are laid, whereby a continuous flow of channels, i.e. floor grooves 4, is ensured.
