Abstract
Description
The subject of the invention is the shade used in vehicles, in particular road vehicles, to prevent the blind effect of external, especially sunlight, on the driver or the passenger next to him.
Existing tinted blinds, as it is commonly known, are foldable above the vehicle windshield so that they can be lowered, obscuring the top of the windshield and preventing the sun from blinding the user. In doing so, they significantly reduce the user's field of view, the more the user grows or the more accurate the driver. Because of this, drivers prefer to wear sunglasses, which is associated with some inconvenience. If the driver has to put on his glasses as quickly as possible while driving blindly and if he is alone in the vehicle, this action can divert his attention from driving (searching for glasses, wiping the glasses, etc.), which can it causes an accident in the extreme. Furthermore, drivers who otherwise wear prescription glasses cannot use the sunglasses, and in addition, the sunglasses dim, thereby reducing the visibility of objects inside the vehicle that are already dimly lit, e.g. certain dashboard elements.
The aforementioned problems are solved by the present invention by introducing an additional, transparent and slightly dimmed (colored) blind, showing the effect of sunglasses, which, despite the blind light, allows to look through, attached to an existing automobile blind so that the use or the blinds of the invention or existing automobile blind can be used .
Izum bo opisan na izvedbenem primeru in slikah, ki prikazujejo:The invention will be described in the embodiment and in the drawings showing:
sl. 1 prednostno izvedbo senčila po izumu;FIG. 1 is a preferred embodiment of the shade according to the invention;
sl.2 prerez po liniji A-A s slike 1;Fig. 2 is a cross-section along line A-A of Figure 1;
sl. 3 senčilo po izumu, pripeto na obstoječe avtomobilsko senčilo, v prerezu.FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the invention according to the invention, attached to an existing automobile blind.
The transparent automotive blind according to the invention is made in the form of a transparent, slightly dimmed screen (5), approximately the same length and width as the existing automotive blind (6), to which it can be disassembled or can be attached to it as an integral part. In both cases, the attachment is articulated so that, when not in use, it can be rotated around the horizontal articulated axis (2) to a non-functional, essentially horizontal upper position (A), located just below the ceiling (7). vehicles raised by an existing car sun visor (6), or, when used, in a substantially vertically lowered lower position (B) between the vehicle windscreen (8) and the eyes of the wearer (9). Of course, in addition to the aforementioned, it can be placed in any intermediate position. In a preferred embodiment, said screen (5) is made of at least two elements: a transparent foil (1), and an opaque shade carrier portion (3) which serves for said articulating anchorage of the shade, and further prevents thin film (1) from twisting. The foil (1), with its longitudinal lateral edge (1.1), is indivisibly connected to the lateral longitudinal edge (3.1) of the shade support part (3), preferably by inserting said edge (1.1) into a longitudinal notch (3.2) in said edge ( 3.1). On the outer edge (3.3) of the shade support part (3) there is a hinged clamp (4) attached to it, which serves for the detachable attachment of the shade according to the invention to an existing automobile shade, preferably by simple attachment, for which the forks (4.1) serve. In the case of large-scale production, the embodiment of the shade according to the invention, in which the foil (1) and the carrier part of the shade (3) are made from one piece, which does not change the essence of the invention, would be advantageous.
When using the blind according to the invention, rotate the screen (5) about its axis of rotation (2) from said upper position (A) to said lower position (B), leaving the existing blind (6) in the upper horizontal position below the ceiling ( 7) vehicles. However, if we want to use the existing shade (6), if we want to completely hide ourselves from the blind light, we rotate it into the lower, vertical position of the shade, and together with it the shade according to the invention.
