[Solution] A load testing device comprises six resistance units, six cooling fans, insulators provided between resistance units and cooling fans, and connecting cables. Each resistance unit is a plurality of resistor groups arranged in layers in the z-direction, and each resistor group is a plurality of rod- shaped resistors that are parallel in the x-direction and con nected in series in the y-direction with prescribed interval a therebetween. Each cooling fan is provided in location a fa cing a resistance unit in the z-direction. The connecting cable is used for detachably connecting, in series, resistor groups that are adjacent in the y-direction, wherein the resistor groups are of two resistance units that are adjacent in the y- direction with second distance interval therebetween.
