Abstract

A bicycle frame comprises a plurality of extruded profiles or profile pieces (1-10). Profiles or profile pieces that are connected to each other are arranged to be brought into engagement with each other through displacement and with fitting, and are locked in this position by means of separate securing members. Furthermore, a bicycle frame component that comprises a one-piece, at least partly cylindrical body (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) is provided, said body comprising a plurality of wall surfaces which all extend generally perpendicularly to a commune cross-plane. The component comprises at least two separate wall surfaces that are generally flat and extend generally in one plane each, and which are arranged to bear supportingly on a corresponding support surface respectively of a further frame component (1-10, 13, 14).
