Abstract

A rotation-symmetrical screen (5) for separating a pulp suspension into different fractions or removing impurities from a pulp suspension, comprises a perforated metal sheet or rods (8) with gaps (9) between them, surrounded by support strips (10). At least one circumferential direction space (11) is sealed between two support strips by a circumferential direction cover (12), which contains at least one integral inlet (14) for the diluting liquid being passed through the screen via this space.
