Abstract

Pedal arrangement, in particular brake pedal arrangement for motor vehicles. The pedal has a pedal arm 5 which is pivotably mounted in a pedal console. A push rod 4 which is connected, for example, to a brake cylinder is mounted pivotably in the pedal arm. The push rod is made of a flat iron which is helically twisted so that cam surfaces 13, 14 are formed which, upon a certain pivoting of the push rod relative to the arm, press the rod and the arm apart.
