Abstract

The combination implement (1) breaks up and prepares ground and seeds it. It comprises a roller unit (2) with frames (4-6) each containing a packet of roller sections (7,8) together with a unit supplying liquid fertiliser (11) from tanks (9,10) by pipes into the ground at covering tools (14). Two sets (3,3') of these tools are coupled to the outer frame sections, and are set by adjusting mechanisms (19,20) to the desired depth for fertiliser distribution, taking account of the desired sowing depth. The tool sets together extend at the least for the entire width of the roller unit. @(Dwg.No.1)@.
