Abstract

A holder (1) for paper or plastic rubbish bags for household rubbish has a base frame (2), an upper folding-over frame (4) shaped like a hoop (5) and a stand (6), which connects the base frame (2) and the folding-over frame (4). The folding-over frame (4) has a flexible device (9) shaped like two of the hoop's (5) rear movable spring-loaded arms (12).
