Abstract

Profiled building element made of plastic material for walls and roofs and subdivided into longitudinally directed parallel channels, partly by curved partition walls (3 and 4) running transversely to the longitudinal axis, which partition walls are joined and act as beams between the two walls (1 and 2) which form the outside and inside of the element, and partly by an intermediate wall (7) lying between the outer wall (1) and inner wall (2). The transversely running partition walls (3 and 4) are curved, with the curves alternately facing one another and opposing one another. The partition walls (3, 4) can, in pairs, have the shape of joined-together circular cylinders which are tangent to the outer wall and inner wall or project beyond these. The partition walls (3 and 4) can additionally be joined to the outer wall and inner wall at a mutual distance and can be cylindrical surfaces of any desired suitable shape. The partition walls (3, 4) are attached in each profiled element in such a way that, on connecting two or more profiled elements by means of assembly members (5, 6) along the lateral edges, they continue in the same sequence from element to element with alternate curvature to one side and the other, and possibly in pairs if each partition wall (3 and 4) is constructed as a double beam. <IMAGE>
