Abstract

It comprises two levers articulated with respect to each other and each formed from a branch (1) of an intermediate portion (2) having a plane face and a jaw (3) with a sharp cutting edge (4), the two levers being subjected to the action of a spring (9) tending to keep the two jaws open. A cylindrical hollow (5) is made in the plane face of each lever, and a cylindrical roller (8) of smaller diameter is partially engaged in each of the two hollows, partially superimposed in the service position, so as to constitute a stop for the open position of the jaws. <IMAGE>
