I I o n a g g I o 0 c Q Q on av Q; 526 567 Mera i detalj avser uppfinningen en lànghàlsborr 1 visad i Fig 1. En lánghälsborr enligt föreliggande uppfinning innefattar ett borrhuvud samt en med borrhuvudet integrerad anslutningsdel 3, vilken är försedd med en konventionell utvändig gänga. Anslut- ningsdelen 3 är vanligen via sagda utvändiga gänga förbunden med ett borrör (ej visat), vilket i sin tur uppbärs av en lämplig stödanordning. Borrhuvudet 1 är pà sedvanligt sätt bestyckat med skär 7. Borrhuvudet 1 är dessutom försett med en stödlister 9 och 10, vilka i den visade utföringsformen utgörs av utbytbara enheter enligt vändskärsprincipen. Stödlisterna 9 och 10 är försedda med en avfasning 11 respektive 12 vid sin mot anslutningsdelen 3 vända ände. Därvid är avfasningarna 11, 12 sä utformade att deras an- slutning mot borrhuvudet 1 sker utan att det finns någon nivá- skillnad mellan avfasningarna 11, 12 och de partier av borrhuvudet 1 som sagda avfasningar 11, 12 ansluter mot.
Borrhuvudet 1 hos lànghàlsborren enligt föreliggande uppfin- ning är även försett med en första kylkanal 13 och en andra kylka- nal 14. Dessa bada kanaler förbättrar bade smörjning och kylning.
Sagda kylkanaler 13, 14 sträcker sig i lànghàlsborrens axiella riktning och de är företrädesvis parallella med länghälsborrens axiella riktning. I den visade utföringsformen är kylkanalerna 13, 14 utformade som konkava försänkningar i borrhuvudet 1, varvid, sett i tvärsnitt, kylkanalerna har en mjukt rundad botten med viss krökningsradie.
Pà sedvanligt sätt är borrhuvudet 1 försett med en invändig central kanal 16, genom vilken merparten av de alstrade spànorna bortleds.
Enligt föreliggande uppfinning föreligger en stödlist för ett lànghàlsborrhuvud varvid stödlisten omfattar en grundkropp med en bottenyta, åtminstone en sidoyta och en toppyta. Toppytan är an- ordnad att fungera som slityta med en färg som avviker fràn färgen pà en närliggande sidoyta.
Företrädesvis omfattar stödlisten en slitstark beläggning pà åtminstone slitytan bestående av ett toppskikt av Al2O3 med en tjocklek av 3-5 pm och en beläggning pà en sidoyta med ett topp- skikt av TiN med en tjocklek av O 5-2 um.
I en föredragen utföringsform är stödlisten vändsymmetriskt utformad.
'Ju v on u 0 000 c 0 Qccc n o n en b! o n o r o 4 o a a n o nu o: nu coon o. 526 567 3 Uppfinningen avser också ett sätt att tillverka en stödlist för ett lànghàlsborrhuvud varvid stödlisten först förses med en slitstark beläggning, sedan med en beläggning med annan färg än den slitstarka beläggningens och den senare beläggningen slutligen avlägsnas fràn valda delar sa att toppytan far annan färg än en närliggande sidoyta.
Slutligen avser uppfinningen ett borrhuvud för lánghàls- borrning försett med àtminstone en stödlist enligt ovan.
Claims (10)
1. l. Stödlist för ett lànghàlsborrhuvud varvid stödlisten om- fattar en grundkropp med en bottenyta, en toppyta k ä n n e t e c k n a d därav att toppytan är anordnad àtminstone en sidoyta och att fungera som slityta med en färg som avviker från färgen pà en närliggande sidoyta.
2. Stödlist enligt krav l k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att den omfattar en slitstark beläggning pà àtminstone slitytan.
3. Stödlist enligt krav 2 k ä n n e t e c k n a d av slitstarka beläggningen består av ett toppskikt av Al2O3.
4. Stödlist enligt krav 3 k ä n n e t e c k n a d av Al2O3-skiktet har en tjocklek av 3-5 pm.
5. Stödlist enligt krav 1 k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att den att att den omfattar en beläggning pà en sidoyta.
6. Stödlist enligt krav 5 k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att be- läggningen har ett toppskikt av TiN.
7. Stödlist enligt krav 6 k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att TiN- skiktet har en tjocklek av 0.5-2 pm.
8. Stödlist enligt nagot av föregående krav k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att den är vändsymmetriskt utformad.
9. Ett sätt att tillverka en stödlist för ett lànghàlsborrhu- vud k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att stödlisten först förses med en slitstark beläggning, sedan med en beläggning med annan färg än den slitstarka beläggningens och denna beläggning slutligen av- lägsnas fràn från valda delar.
10. Ett borrhuvud för lànghàlsborrning försett med àtminstone en stödlist enligt krav l-8.
