Description

502 934 Beskrivning Följande uppfinning beskriver ett flergångs universal set av textil bestående av dubbla textil lakan med en bakterietät och vätsketät plastfilm emellan.
Operationslakanet är försett med en rektangulär utskärning i den kant som vetter mot såret med en längd emellan 10 - 120 cm och en bredd emellan 1- 10 cm.
Den bakterie och vätsketäta plastfilmen placeras emellan de dubbla textil lakanen så att den sticker ut i den utskuma öppningen.
Vid appliceiingen på patientens hud fästes en tape på patientens hud och pà den utstickande plastñlmen, därigenom erhålles en vätske och bakterie tät förslutning emellan patientens hud och operationsområdet.
Det undre lakanet blir helt skyddat av plastfilmen medan det övre lakanet kan absorbera blod och lcroppsvätskor.
Genom detta forfarande kan således operationsontrádet skyddas mot bakterie transport från patientens hud till operationsonirádet och operationslakanet sitter kvar på plats under själva operationen.
Fig. 4 visar ett operations lakan enligt uppfinningen sammanfogat i kantema (7) försett med en rektangulär öppning (8) där plastfilmen (9) sticker ut .
Fig.5 visar en genomskäming efter den sträckade linjen i fig 4 där (10) är det övre lakanet (ll) det undre lakanet samt (12) plastñlmen som är fast mot patientens hud (l) med tapen (13).

Claims (3)

1. 502 934 PATENTKRAV 1. Flergångs operations set bestående av dubbla lakan med en bakterie och vätske tät plastfilm placerad emellan lakanen k ä n n e t e c k n a d av att lakanen är försedda med en rektangulär eller i huvudsak rektangulär utskäming i vilken plastfilmen sticker ut.
2. Flergångs eperationsset enligt krav 1 k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att utskärningen har en längd emellan 10 -120 cm samt en bredd emellan 1-10 cm.
3. Flergángs operatíonsset enligt krav 1 och 2 k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att plastñlmen i den rektangulära öppningen tejpas fast mot patientens hud.
