Description
4§§ 236 Erfarenheten har visat, att konventionella polningsförfaranden är svåra att genomföra och dyrbara, att enstaka eller flera pol- ningsställenjfiätibrytes, varigenom den önskade likformiga potenti- alfördelningen vid glímskyddsbeläggningen går förlorad, och att glimskyddsbeläggningens verkan upphör. ' Ändamålet med uppfinningen är att ange en konstruktiv lös- nínå för P0lning av glimskyddsbeläggningen, vid vilken ett tekniskt misslyckande av ovan antytt slag undvikes, och vid vilken fram- ställningskostnaderna blir avsevärt sänkta i förhållande till ti- digare kända lösningar samt vid vilken en tillräckligt likformig potentialfördelning kan åstadkommas över hela glimskyddsbeläggning- en.
Uppfinningen avser sålunda en anordning av ovan angivet slag, vid vilken enligt uppfinningen det ytterligare ledarsyste- met består av en band- eller trádformig metallisk ledare, t ex av nysilver, som endast täcker en del av den yta, som skall skyddas mot glimurladdningar, och är anordnad mellan glimskyddsbelägg- ningen och det isolerade ledarknippet.
Enligt en ytterligare utföringsform av uppfinningen kan den metalliska ledaren bestå av motstàndsmaterial, t ex nysilver (ISO-beteckning CuNí18Zn20 enligt DIN 17663).
Den band- eller trådformiga ledaren kan vara anordnad i ledarbanor i linjeform, strålform eller kurvform, antingen i enkla strängar eller i form av ett nätverk.
Uppfinningen beskrives närmare nedan under hänvisning till bi- fogade ritning, som schematiskt visar inbyggnaden av polningsledar- systemet enligt en såsom exempel vald utföringsform.
På ritningen betecknar 1 huvudisoleringen, 2 den halvledande glimskyddsbeläggningen och 3 polningsledarsystemet, som vid den visade utföríngsformen medelst ett polningsställe H är förbundet med kopparn i lindningen (ledaren 5). Ledaren 5 är försedd med en isolering 6, under det att hela ledarknippet 7 är försett med en knippesisolering 8 (kan även utelämnas). Glimskyddsbeläggningen 2 anbringas omedelbart över polningsledarsystemet, här ett litet band, så att den står i elektriskt ledande förbindning med detsamma.
På detta sätt utjämnas potentialfördelningen över hela glimskydds- beläggningen i önskad utsträckning.
Claims (3)
1. Högspänningslíndning för elektriska maskiner med en mellan huvudisoleringen och det isolerade ledarknippet anbragt glim- skyddsbeläggning av halvledarmaterial och ett därmed elektriskt ledande förbundet ytterligare ledarsystem, vilket är förbundet vid minst ett ställe med det ledande materialet i det isolerade ledarknippet, k ä n n e t e c k n a d a v att det ytterligare ledarsystemet (3) består av en band- eller trådformig metallisk ledare, t ex av nysilver, som endast täcker en del av den yta, som skall skyddas mot glímurladdningar, och är anordnad mellan glimskyddsbeläggningen (2) och det isolerade ledarknippet (7)«
2. Högspänningslindning enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k - n a d a v att den metalliska ledaren består av motstándsma- terial.
3. Högspänníngslindning enligt krav 1 eller 2, k ä n n e ~ t e c k n a d a v att den band- eller tràdformiga ledaren är anordnad i en linjeformig, stràlformig eller kurvformig bana.
