Description

Den tredje och sista typen av protes är en kombination av ovan beskrivna båda proteser där den inre kärnan består av sila- stíctgel och utanför denna koksaltlösning som fyller upp rester- ande hâlrum och utanpå detta ett skal av silastic. Inte ens denna typ är tillfredställande. Ändamålet med uppfinningen är att åstadkomma ett bättre bröstinplantat där man eliminerat de nackdelar som de befintliga proteserna är behäftade med.
Det viktiga är att fä ett bröstinplantat som så mycket som möjligt liknar kroppens egen vävnad. Ett kvinnligt böst innehåller dels bröstkörtelvävnad, dels fett. Det gör att ett normalt bröst inte känns precis helt igenom homogent, men är mjukt och ändrar form allt eftersom kvinnan ändrar Läge, upprätt ställning resp. liggande osv.
Bröstinplantatet enligt föreliggande uppfinning skulle kunna ändra form när kvinnan ändrar läge och likaså kännas naturligt.
Det kommer ocksâ att kunna fabriktillverkas och på så sätt slipper man problemen som uppkommer i samband med en fyllning av bröstin- plantatet vid insättandet. Dessutom kommer det att vara billigare i tillverkning än nu befintliga proteser.
Det kännetecknande för föreliggande uppfinning framgår av efterföljande patentkrav.
Uppfinningen skall nu närmare beskrivas med hänvisning till bifogade ritning.
Ritningen visar ett bröstinplantat i ett kvinnobösf- Bröst- inplantatet består av ett av ospecifikt material tunt skal 1 i form av en påse 2 för upptagande av en fyllning. Pâsen 2 innehåller en stor mängd små celler 3 bildade av tunt elastiskt väggmaterial 4. Cellerna 3 har sinsemellan kommunikationer.
Detta bröstinplantat skall sedan fyllas upp med en lättflytande lösning eller vätska som skall vara kroppsvävnadsvänlig. Pâ grund av att föreliggande bröstinplantat består av ett cellsystem får drn ett nalurliqnre uppförande, känsel och dessutom så kommer den under huden att bilda en naturligare form efterliknande kroppens egen vävnad i det kvinnliga bröstet. Bröstinplantat avsett att inopereras under det kvinnliga bröstet och innefattande ett tunt skal i form av en påse för upptagande av en fyllning k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav, att fytlningen utgöres av i påsen (2) inrymda celler (3) bildade av tunt elastiskt väggmaterial (4), samt att cellerna inne- håller en Lättflytande lösning.
2. Bröstinplantat enligt krav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t därav att cellerna <3) har kommunikationer sinsemellan för Lösning.
