Abstract

A method for providing a service to a user in a telecommunications network, where a first request for a service is transmitted from a telecommunication terminal associated with a subscriber number of said user, comprises the following steps: the first request from the telecommunication terminal is received by a management device; a second request for said service is transmitted from the management device to a service provider of the requested service; the provision of the service is registered in a user account associated with the user. A system for providing a service to a user in a telecommunications network (202), where a telecommunication terminal (204, 302) is associated with a subscriber number of said user, the telecommunication terminal (204, 302) comprising transmission means (206) for transmitting a first request for a service, which system com¬ prises a management device (208, 306) which comprises re¬ ception means (210) for receiving the first request from the telecommunication terminal (204, 302), and transmission means (212) for transmitting a second request for said service to a service provider (214, 308) of the requested service, and in the system comprises registration means (232) for registering the provision of the service in a user account associated with the user. A management device (208, 306) of the above- mentioned kind, and a computer program product (1021,..., 102n) performing said method.
