Abstract

A sensation level measuring or analysing apparatus and method comprising the steps of delivering a varying physical stimulus to a person; detecting a sensation threshold value of said person by registering a first level of the physical stimulus upon actuation of said person; detecting a matched sensation value of said person by registering a second level of the physical stimulus upon actuation of said person; generating a matched processed parameter value (MPL) dependent on said detected sensation threshold (ST) and matched sensation values (MAL) of the physical stimulus according to a predetermined rule.
