Abstract

The dispenser comprises a cover (4) shrink-fitted around the toilet roll so that it covers at least the outer end sections of the two flat end surfaces of the roll. Paper is removed via an opening (3) located in the middle of one of these end surfaces. The dispenser includes a fastener for securing it to a surface on which the dispenser is to be supported.
