Abstract

The present invention is a method and means at diversion of outlet air from vacuum cleaners and the like. The air is transferred to a water outlet pipe where connection is between two water traps (4, 5). The working water head has a greater height (H) in that water trap (4) which in the direction of the flow is arranged before the connection of the supply of air than the height (h) in that water trap which is arranged after the supply of air and through which the air flows.
